We are a team of several professional photographers, your Newmarket equestrian photographer, based between Newmarket and Cambridge, which put us right at the centre of the richest equestrian landscape in Britain. Ve have spent years working with horses and their people. We have visited studs across Newmarket, photographed thoroughbreds in training on the gallops, and captured everything from foals taking their first steps to racehorses thundering past the winning post at the Rowley Mile.

In 2019, our work caught the attention of Azizi Developments — a major Dubai developer and Pillar Partner of the Dubai World Cup. They commissioned us to photograph the FEI Endurance European Championship at Euston Park, Thetford, an event drawing riders from 40 nations held under the patronage of HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum. That commission led directly to a second: covering the Toscana Endurance Lifestyle at San Rossore Racecourse in Pisa, Italy, one month later — one of the richest endurance events in European history, with 429 horse-rider combinations from 35 nations.

Those two events taught us something we already felt: horses are unpredictable, powerful, and extraordinarily beautiful, whether they’re on the gallops in Newmarket or deep in a Tuscan pine forest at dawn. Photographing them well requires patience, an understanding of their behaviour, and the ability to react in a fraction of a second. It’s a skill we’ve developed over years of working alongside them, and it’s what sets Newmarket equestrian photographers apart from a generalist with a long lens.

In 2018, we were commissioned by Discover Newmarket and Newmarket Racecourses to photograph their Season Launch. It was a remarkable day: We started at the Jockey Club Rooms on the High Street, headed onto Warren Hill to photograph horses on the gallops, then spent time in the yard of Sir Michael Stoute — five-time Champion Trainer and one of the most decorated figures in British flat racing. The afternoon took us to the National Stud for their stallion parade, and then to Dalham Hall Stud for a private stallion show. Dalham Hall is Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s UK headquarters for Darley, his global thoroughbred breeding operation. Very few photographers have been invited inside.

We’ve been the appointed photographer for international race sponsors at FEI championship events across Europe. And we work with families at the heart of Newmarket’s bloodstock community.
